The application process at Beekman Management is designed to ensure that students find the best possible match for their housing needs. By carefully reviewing each application, we maintain a secure and harmonious living environment for all residents. This thorough process also helps us address special requirements or preferences, providing a personalized and satisfactory living experience.
Approval Criteria
Credit score must be at least 600
No outstanding utility collections or unpaid utility bills
Guarantor MUST apply unless paying the year upfront
All applications for the unit must be completed and paid for (Tenants and Guarantors) in order to move on in the placement process
No more than 3 accounts in collection
Partially completed applications will not be accepted
No more than $1000 past due debt (medical bills and student loans are disregarded)
Application fee is $40
Application screening process
PASS OUR APPROVAL PROCESS TO GET A HOME RENTAL
Applications are processed in the order they are received, provided all required documents and information are submitted. Approval cannot be granted until the screening policy is fully completed and reviewed by the property manager. Housing is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, so units are only held once the application is approved and a deposit is made. Applicants will be contacted regarding the status of their application, whether approved or denied. If you believe you may not meet the screening criteria, we recommend not completing the application to avoid the non-refundable $40.00 application fee per adult applicant or guarantor, as every occupant 18 years or older must complete an application.

At Beekman Management, we place a high priority on promptly addressing work orders to ensure our residents' comfort and satisfaction. Timely and efficient maintenance services help maintain the quality and functionality of our properties, creating a safe and pleasant living environment. By swiftly handling repair requests, we demonstrate our commitment to the well-being of our tenants and the upkeep of our homes.

PAY RENT ON TIME

This digital payment method eliminates the need for checks or cash, making the process quick and hassle-free. With Venmo, you can easily track your transactions and have peace of mind knowing your rent is paid on time.
